Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The 14-day trial is fully featured and asks for nothing — just an email and a workspace name. After the trial, add a card to keep your rooms live.
What happens at the end of the trial?+
A persistent banner reminds you to add a card. You keep access until you choose to subscribe; once subscribed, billing is per active seat per month.
How does per-seat billing work?+
Every workspace member is one seat at $49/month. Add a teammate → seat count goes up; remove a teammate → it goes down. Pro-rated automatically; you only pay for active members.
Are buyers a seat?+
No. Only workspace members (sellers, admins, the owner) count against seats. Buyers — the people viewing your rooms — are unlimited and free.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel with one click; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. No retention calls, no fees.
How is my data protected?+
Postgres row-level security isolates every workspace at the database layer. Integration tokens encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. SOC 2 Type 1 in progress.
Do you train AI on my documents?+
No. Your library is private to your workspace. AI Q&A runs retrieval against your own embeddings; the model gets the chunks that match the buyer's question and nothing else.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Card payments via Dodo Payments — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and major regional networks.
Where is my data stored?+
US-East. Postgres row-level security isolates every workspace at the database layer; integration tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
